This plan is an integral tool ensuring that the needs of our residents are met in not only the near future but also for many years to come. Crime Reduction Strategy
The City of Surrey, with the assistance of over fifty community groups and organizations and over a hundred individuals, is implementing a crime reduction strategy that addresses the causes and effects of crime with an innovative and problem solving approach. This collaborative strategy seeks to address the City of Surrey’s needs while applying international best practices and standards. This includes matters such as early childhood development, prenatal care as well as issues surrounding the homeless.
